Electricity
Tennessee Valley Authority Webster County is part of the TVA power supply network. TVA is the nation's largest public power company, serving about 8.5 million customers through 158 distributors. They strive to provide the lowest cost, most reliable electricity to their customers.
4-County Electric Power Association is one of the local distributors of electricity for Webster County. You will find the rates of TVA and 4-County Electric Power Association competitive with any area. We can arrange to have a representative of 4-County explain the rates available depending upon your electricity needs. 4-County Electric Power Association's rates are based on the actual cost of providing electric service to consumer/members. These costs include wholesale power costs from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), the cost of operation and maintaining lines and equipment, taxes and interest expenses.
4-County operates on a non-profit basis. Any revenues collected in excess of the actual cost of operation provide for members/ ownership/equity in the electric cooperative.
Natchez Trace EPA is a member owned electric cooperative with headquarters in Houston, Mississippi and district offices in Calhoun City and Eupora. Natchez Trace EPA provides reliable electric service to more than 15,823 members in portions of Calhoun, Chickasaw, Clay, Grenada, Pontotoc, Webster, and Yalobusha counties in north central Mississippi.

Water and Sewer
There are several water associations in Webster County, but the primary suppliers to our industrial sites and buildings are the City of Eupora and the Town of Mathiston.
